MATT CAMPBELL AND DEMPSEY-PROTON WIN AT SEBRING 1000 MILES
Matt Campbell Porsche Young Professional and the Dempsey Proton Racing Team have taken their Porsche 911 RSR GTE AM class car from Pole Position in qualifying to a race win in the 1000 Miles of Sebring, part of the World Endurance Championships Super Season.
Along with Campbell drivers Christian Ried and Julien Andlauer had to race in adverse conditions towards the end of the race, there was drama in the final 25-minutes when a rain shower hit the circuit, sending teams running for wet tyres for the final nail-biting laps.
